Calculation conventions

Years start at Lichun; months start at the twelve jie solar terms. The default uses local civil time and Zi-hour sect 2.

Zi-hour conventionUse true solar time (optional)

Adjusts civil time using longitude and the equation of time for day and hour boundaries. Solar-term boundaries still use the actual UTC instant. The sample engine does not perform this astronomical adjustment.
